Presented-By SECURITY RESOURCES Training Academy’s Department of Security Enforcement, our Use-of-Force, Level I, course is an educational presentation designed specifically for the student that may find themselves the need-of-recognizing, and reacting-to, a Use-of-Force situation in their workplace duties.

Improper Use-of-Force may, and often-do, result in criminal arrest, prosecution, conviction, and imprisonment and/or civil liability in attempting a lawful use of self-defense scenario.

Use-of-Force, Level I, examine strategies to reduce the exposure to criminal prosecution and civil litigation.

The course illustrates strategies before an event, during an event, and after an event that increases professionalism while mitigating the possibility of negligent acts and resulting possible litigation.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the SECURITY RESOURCES Training Academy’s Use-of-Force, Level I, course, students must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Associated with Security Enforcement/First-Response professions.

  • Weekend, One-Day, Approximately 4-Hours.

Course completion consists of the following:

  • Course Completion Certificate upon complete course attendance.
