From Hand-to-Hand Martial Techniques to Firearms, and most everything in between, we have self-defense courses to fit our students comfort and aptitude levels.
Presented-By SECURITY RESOURCES Training Academy’s Department of Civilian Self-Defense, our Expandable Baton Techniques and Deployment course provides the student with an understanding of the conditions in which the Expandable Baton may be used, and its justification-of-use.
The course goes into great depth on Portation (Carrying), Presentation (Drawing), Striking Techniques, Mechanical function, and Maintenance.
The training incorporates drills which simulate the wide variety of street encounters which may require the use of an Expandable Baton.

In todays world, with the threat of social, and civil, unrest, increased violent crimes, and socio-economic uncertainly that perpetuates the criminal element into our communities that endanger us, and our loved ones, the time is NOW to learn, and continuously train, in self-defense principles and techniques.
This course provides efficient defensive impact weapon tactics for personal-use and tactics are quickly learned, easily practiced, and readily maintained.
Additionally, this course provides techniques that work 90% of-the-time on 90% of subjects. Students will recognize, and retain, the ability to disengage, or escalate, as the situation may require.
