Presented by the SECURITY RESOURCES Training Academy’s Department of Civilian Self-Defense, our highly regarded Everyday Encounters Series: Firearms and Justified Use of Lethal Force course offers in-depth exploration of firearm self-defense and the legal aspects of justified use of force. This training is designed to help you understand how to minimize both criminal, and civil liabilities, in high-stakes situations.

Throughout the course, students will learn the core principles of justified use of lethal force, including, but not limited to: Stand Your Ground, Duty to Retreat, Great Bodily Harm, Forcible Felonies, and other essential legal concepts.

We will also enhance your understanding through real-world case studies, which bridge the gap between theory and practice, providing practical insights into actual encounters and legal outcomes.

Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive an attendance certificate to acknowledge their participation and mastery of the subject matter.
