Presented by the SECURITY RESOURCES Training Academy’s Department of Security Enforcement, our Unarmed Security Enforcement: Florida Security Officer Class “D” License course is a comprehensive 40-hour education, and certification program, that meets the State-of-Florida’s educational, and examination, requirements for Unarmed Security Enforcement licensure.
This course will equip students with the core principles of security enforcement, covering key topics such as physical security, access control, terrorism awareness, and emergency response procedures.
To further develop students’ practical skills, the course also includes training in essential areas such as report writing, interviewing techniques, crime deterrence, accident prevention, and more.
Upon successful completion of the course, and final exam, students will receive a Certificate-of-Completion, validating their achievement.
Students may then submit this certificate, along with the state application package, to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Licensing, either online, in-person, or by mail.
